Host, Founder and Yoga Teacher
Ali’s healthy lifestyle and positive outlook on life shines through in her teaching, with classes inspiring others to cultivate a life filled with love, health and wellbeing.
Ali does this through a variety of yoga styles on retreat including Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
Like in life, Ali believes it is essential to get the right balance. In yoga terms; heating/cooling, energising/soothing, active/passive all with breath at the heart.
Passionate about personal development, Ali is continually investing in herself, most recently learning the fundamentals of Ayurveda creating the perfect fusion for healing your inner and outer self and how to implement into our daily lives.

Barre and Pilates Instructor
Martine is a beautiful soul who will have you sweating after 5 minutes. Her classes are so motivational and creative and is a gorgeous addition to this years retreat.

Yoga
During this 2 night retreat, Ali provides the perfect balance of yin and yang for your body and mind in the lovely barn with the most gorgeous views.
The weekend is yours to do as much or little as you wish. This weekend, you can enjoy yoga classes including morning vinyasa flows, sleepy restorative yin yoga classes with melodic sound healing and yoga nidra. There is also a yoga workshop bespoke to your needs. We end the retreat with a Yoga Barre class so you leave with new confidence and energy.

Activities
Enjoy your natural surroundings with guided hikes and mediation walks. Have you ever taken a walk in silence when morning dew still hangs off the green grass? Imagine how the countryside sings to you when all is still.
An information booklet is given to support full relaxation and reconnection in taking downtime.
For those wanting to be truly pampered, treat yourself to a massage on site which we can happily organise for you. Massages are not included.
Wholesome Nutrition
Ali believes diet has helped her heal from the inside. All food on retreat has been carefully planned by Ali and our vegan caterers, to ensure you not only love the food but also go away inspired and relive your retreat experience in your own home. Our chef is passionate about healthy eating which shines through in the nutritionally balanced yet delicious vegetarian food. Each barn also has a lovingly curated hamper to ensure all cravings are covered.
Accommodation
2 nights luxury accommodation at Gambledown Farm, Romsey either coupling up in a double, sharing in a twin or single occupancy.
The Energy Exchange
Activities
Guided walks in nature with views of the New Forest. Guided countryside walks as well as time in the gorgeous sauna and optional cold plunge is included.
Food
Fully stocked treats and nibbles in accommodation. Home-cooked, well balanced naturally sourced vegetarian meals (vegan/gluten free options).
